I am an outdoor exercise enthusiast. I enjoy skiing, cycling, fishing and hiking, among other activities.
About 6 years ago, I was diagnosed with a rate genetic autoimmune condition. I used this as a catalyst to learn as much as I could about health, and discovered a wealth of information on this site, as well as other natural health sites such as Natural News.com that have provided me with information that I wouldn't have gotten from an M.D.
