&lt;p&gt;As one whose children have suffered a multiple of these issues....I have learned many keys to watch for. &amp;nbsp; Even the best herb or supplement is worthless if you body can not use it correctly or worse yet....turns it on itself and makes you ill... &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Irradiated herbs are an issue..but home grown ones will be just as much of an issue if not tolerated. &lt;/p&gt;
