Such an inspiring film! Thank you Dr. Mercola, for giving us this "feel good" movie short. Maybe one day when we might be having a conflict with a co-worker, we can think back to this movie and try to see the good side in others. A heartfelt comment or compliment could diffuse many situations. Might just leave the other person at a loss for words.

This story is no fable; its message is profound and of considerable antiquity but applicable to all. 'Mrs Doasyouwouldbedoneby' from the Water Babies has the same theme and so too has most of the films of the silver screen. The Ugly Duckling and Cinderella are a couple of more tales of the same theme. It is not that the truth is not known, it is simply that it is not practiced owing to the insecurities of many. Even those who acknowledge it find it difficult to practice. If I recall correctly the film, 'It's A Wonderful Life' with James Stewart has the same theme. Note too, in the story, that those who are meaningful to one have the greatest impact on how one feels and hence why depressives and those who harbour feelings of inadequacy adversely affect those around them. The story's theme is 'how the world treats you is the reflection of your attitude to it'. If you are unhappy about anything, first consider your part in bringing into effect your unhappiness before projecting blame outwardly. The story has a similar theme to the James Bond films which says, 'optimism always, even in the face of adversity'. The story also reveals that we all need to be valued, even from the moment we are born, but too often those inadequates who share our space and who feel threatened by our presence attack our values in the effort to reduce us to their level and below. Its theme is simple, profound, yet causes difficulty to many. Its creator has to be complimented for reminding us of our obligations to others.

Very cute video! It is around 15 minutes, and worth your time.
In my opinion, this video explains why therapists, psychiatrists, etc command $80-$500.00 per hour-- they are validators.
