Marijuana has an abundance of "mind-altering" THC (more or less, depending upon how it is cultivated), while hemp is not only extremely low in this substance, it also has an element that prevents "marijuana highs." Poppy seeds and opium both come from the poppy plant, but you can't get high from poppyseeds any more than you can from hempseed.

By the way, the reason marijuana was demonized and made illegal was not to prevent the "marijuana orgies" depicted in anti-marijuana posters of the early 20th century, but to quash the use of industrial hemp as direct competition to the timber and nylon industries. (You didn't think that a society that promoted the use of alcohol and touted tobacco as healthful was actually concerned about a few folks getting their buzz from marijuana, did you?) There is more to this fascinating history of political manipulation. As usual, follow the money.

Thanks.

ps I have sent a request in to the people who run the website but never had a reply. Another surprising hint that maybe fresh horses are needed.
