Antioxidants help to fight free radicals, which can break down many body tissues when present in excessive amounts. I fairly recently found beauty products that contain natural botanical extracts, antioxidants, organic fruits and vegetables, and healing enzymes. My enthusiasm prompted me to become involved through http://www.suzanne24.com/shop. Also available is a natural/plant-based sweetener which contains no refined sugar yet bakes, cooks, etc. just like sugar and tastes excellent. I've often hoped I'd have the opportunity for Dr. Mercola to sample, because I'm very impressed. I know Dr. Mercola is always looking for exceptional items to tell us about. Thank you Dr. Mercola for helping me to learn that natural is better and safer.

I have many warts on my right hand and fingers, and for a long time i didn't know they were warts so in June 2006, I had them frozen off. Or so I thought, I did have some on both hands and fingers and the amount of them did decrease but not all of them went away. I didn't want to get them frozen off again since its kind of painful and probably unnecessary. I tried taking grapefruit seed extract but I don't think that had in progress. I tried to take it daily for about a month but it didn't always happen like that.

So should I try the GSE again this time avoiding boxed foods, sodas, and being more religious about taking it or do you have another treatment method for me to try?

But recently BioPro came out with a new product called iWater. This water is incredible. I have been spritzing my face with this water for only a couple of days and I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. The water is energized and structured to a 6-sided molecule which makes it absorb very fast into our skin and hydrate it immediately. I have been drinking it for three weeks and its amazing how well I feel. I have chronic Lyme disease and have been treating it for many years naturally!! I have never taken any medications. I am 90% better and still searching for the one thing that will make me 100%. I think I might have found it!!

I am studying Naturopathy and the BioPro products are an wonderful addition to my natural whole food recommendations. Water is the foundation of health. Our skin being the largest organ needs to be well hydrated. I think I found the secret. If you are interested in learning more please go to our website which has wonderful information about iWater and about protecting yourself from EMF's. Electromagnetic Fields. Blessings to all.

Its so great to be a part of this newsletter. Its really wonderful that so many people can be connected thru this one venue. Thank you Dr. Mercola!!!

After all, plants manage to protect themselves from environmental toxins with the natural plant extract that they get from the earth. Plant extracts are made up of complexes of aminoacids, vitamins and minerals and those complexes are what is needed for the plant to grow from a seed without damage from the environment along the way. The plant extracts supports the plant and thus provides support in the visual appearance of the skin. Do use natural, plant based extracts on your skin! They really work :)

On the other side of the spectrum, I recently sat next to a woman on a long flight with a rare, serious illness. Her body was producing too much collagen! The doctors could not make it stop. The reason we even started speaking was that the plane sat on the runway and it was getting warm. I asked if she wanted to remove her sweater (it was a pullover, and sometimes you cannot do that without elbowing the person next to you in the eyesocket). She finally gave in and said, I can't, will you help me? So I did. She explained that her body had grown so much collagen inside her arms, etc. that it was too hard for her to reach around. I was shocked! She had such flawlessly beautiful skin! Her face was perfect and taut! We couldn't have been more opposite, yet we were the same in other ways! IWe were 48 years old, petite, single, dating (well, she was having a little trouble at the moment), had advanced degrees...so I HAD to have the answer! I needed collagen and she needed hers to stop! We had each other's answer and only a few hours to get it! She said she did outdoor sports all the time, but now had to stop (but that it was now in remission...very interesting). I stay indoors and do no exercise. (I am out of room)

We publish a weekly on-line bulletin on the toxins in everyday cosmetic, personal care and household products. We also have an extensive Web site with resources, product reviews, a blog (coming soon!) and archives. Our “fresh and friendly approach” to this important issue has been resonating with our subscribers - as indicated by the number of people who have signed up to receive the weekly e-bulletin and the feedback we’ve received. Check us out at www.pureknowhow.com.

I achieved a major turnaround when I started to cut out my beach trips and change my diet, with an increase of boiled and baked fish consumption ( salmon, trout and tuna) as well as sushi and sashimi of the fish and egg types. (Probably intake of omega 3) I also cut out red meat and ate a semi-vegetarian diet with raw fruits and steamed vegetables.

I also began using daily supplements of grape seed oil, which seemed to erase those liver spots on my hands, and elminated my rough shoulder and back skin areas.

These efforts only achieved some skin changes, but when I discovered hyluaronic acid supplements and skin treatment, and coconut oil for cooking and eaten straight, I saw improvement with eye bags, and now I have much better skin under my eyes, since I started use of apricot kernel skin oil ( I currently prefer the Burt's Bee's product called Baby Bee. )

I was never much for trying to make my skin moisturized, but the skin cracking and dryness and lack of skin health motivated me to make a change. I am of the opinion that using regular moisturizing lotion is a waste of time, and makes me feel slimy, but oils are great, or HA skin treatment, and I find that even olive oil on dry hands can sooth serious dryness and skin discomfort, although you will smell like italian food for a bit.

I would advise that the use of apricot kernel oil be an intermittent thing, and you avoid internal use, since it contains a small but discernable bit of natural cyanide, which has been known to make some people sick when they overused it internally.
