There are no discounts for a 34 year old someone who is on dissability/ food stamps. I do the best I can stagering major puchases, major is any amount on low income I know. Every two months supplements, then one month personal care. Giant food market has some brands for less than the whole food store in my area. After having a brain hemmorage, I walk with a imp.

This also left me with a seizure disorder, left sided weekness, and a diagnosis of M.S. The steroids and other "life saving medications/measues" put a load on my thyroid and reaked havoc on the reast of my body So after 3 1/2 years of being home my hopes of going back to work are not good. Following this web site as well as

Curezone.com, my health is better than most in my situation. It angers me to have to make the choice between natural alternatives and basic shelter costs. For those who say health is a choice, they have never had to choose between lights on or a meal / pain reduction or the water bill. In the end the stress is not good for my health. If I could go back to work I would.

As you know, that is those who frequent this website, sunshine is indeed good for what ailes you.

Read the labels and try to get some of the organic lotions and moisturizers for the skin. As a matter of fact olive oil is very consistant with human skin.

I wasn't expecting much, but incredibly the lovely salesman put me onto a London-based company called Ren Clean Skincare whose products contain absolutely no rubbish chemicals, so I was really happy. My skin feels amazing and the only ingredients are high quality plant extracts. I don't know where it's available outside the UK but they do have a website you can order from.

I just found it really interesting to look at the ingredients on all the other bottles and see that they were all pretty much the same thing over and over again - some charging extortionate prices for the poisonous junk they'll coat you in. Yummy.

So my point is, to all those who say natural skincare isn't as good, you can get it and it feels absolutely lovely so there are no excuses. Think I'll get some for Christmas presents, at least I feel safe not giving my family carcinogenic bath soaks this year!!
