excerpt from article:....Some health care policy experts suggested the requirement was excessive and unnecessary. Of the 14 required vaccines, 13 are designed to combat infectious diseases that are considered highly contagious. But Gardasil targets a virus spread through sexual contact. Though 18 states are currently debating whether to make the vaccine mandatory, none, so far, require it.

"I am most definitely surprised and I would love to know how it ever became policy," said Dr. Jacques Moritz, director of gynecology at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City. "I wonder if the drug company could have had any influence."

I am so glad that vaccine wasn't around when I was a girl. How horrible to make a girl's life miserable, when there is such a future to look forward to, and the vaccine ruins the whole thing. Either someone has their head in the sand with this vaccine, or the money is all that matters to the pharmaceutical companies. I am sure it is the latter.

I would like some advice here as I am in a quandry I am the father of a 13 year old daughter who has received two of her 3 shots 3-4 months ago before all this negative feedback came to our attention. Fortunately she has suffered no ill effects of the types described. Now I really don't know what to do. Should I just consider us lucky and stop her getting the third shot? Will this cause any problems? Or should I assume since she has had no problems she should go ahead with the third shot to get the full benefits whatever they might be?

As I recovered from the medications used to treat the no scientific dis-ease, called Bipolar, I began to look at autism, vaccines and the connectedness, and have joined with others in my research and the common element is the toxic elements in our medicines. Invented dis-eases, which are treated with vaccines and medications are for economic reasons and little to do with scientific proof. FDA approval is given to the scientist who puts on the best show, NOT the scientist who has the best product. Man believe as I do that Big Pharma is a cartel, and with the trickel down of doctors and drug reps getting comped for seeling us on these pills.. well they are just legal pushers. Diseases are maufactured, to some extent, fear drives people to act with out research and it has become very apparent that we the people are the test dummies. When Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Ted Turner all give $30BILLION to de-populate our planet, Bill and his wife giving Hatian pregnant women, vaccines which cause spontanious abortions, and building an underground seed chamber, we must get the message that there are those in this world who consider us expendible.

It is changing, there is hope, as this smacks of NWO and Socilaism, and the playing fields will level out. In the mean time we must speak out, in anyway possible, and turn to natural, protect ourselves against CODEX, and avoid convention medicine, like the death machine and plagu on our society that it has become. It is Greed, and the professionals who think we are dumb and dumber and are just beginning to get the message.that we are fighting the good fight.

No one is safe, from the effects of modern conventional medicne, but there are tons who fight everyday for change and I see it happening. I take not one prescriptive medication, and vaccines, mercury and alumin, all played a part as I am superhypersensitive, and that includes mentals. Our children are even more sensitive in this 21 century.

The vaccine for TB is called BCG and the vaccine for leprosy is available in India, its also a mycobacterium. In the USA and most first world countries we keep these diseases out by an active migration (or maybe anti' migrant" policy)

To all those with HPV or cervical dysplasia, there is hope. I was diagnosed with stage II (boderline stageIII) cervical dysplasia in the early 80's. I was heavily into vitamins at the time, (still am) and my books said said it was a folic acid defficiency. I made an appt. for the conectomy with a surgeon, but I was determined to try to resolve it with vitamins while waiting for the appt. During the few weeks or so while I waited for the surgery, I took a lot of B-complex and supplemented with 4 or 5 grams (yes, grams) of folic acid per day. Interestingly enough, at that time in the US folic acid was only sold in very small dosage pills, so I had to drive to Canada where I was able to buy larger dose pills, one gram if I remember correctly. On the day of the surgery, the doctor could detect only one small area of abnomal cells, and I honestly think that would have been gone with a little more time on the folic acid. There are so many things that can be done rather than vaccinate our daughters out of fear. A word of caution, you should only do this for a short time, do not stay on this large a dose for too long. Lysine Therapy, (antiviral) perhaps douching and taking internally garlic, oregano juice or a few drops of oregan oil also come to mind. There are lots of potent anti-viral therapies.

British Big Brother star Jade Goody faces a fight for survival after learning her cancer has spread.

The 27-year-old, who shot to fame as a contestant on the reality television show in 2002 and became embroiled in a racism row in the 2007 celebrity version, was diagnosed with cervical cancer last August.

Despite a course of chemotherapy, doctors have found tumours in the mother of two's liver, bowel and groin.

"I am devastated," Goody told The Sun newspaper.

The mucosal HPVs are most frequently sexually transmitted, and they are responsible for the most common sexually transmitted diseases throughout the world. In a majority of the cases, oncogenic/nononcogenic HPV infections spontaneously clear by themselves without any medical intervention. Hi Islander,

The PAP smear actually costs quite a bit, you just don't see the "hidden" costs because the governments in first world countries pay for it! There is a pathologist and a technician involved in reading the slides, PLUS the doctor taking the smear. Actual cost is hundreds of dollars for all of that laboratory work.

The Gardasil vaccine is subsidised in third world countries by the manufacturers and is cost effective cf PAP (which needs to be done every 2 years! and if not followed up has devastating consequences-- its not a preventative at all-- its a screen for when you HAVE it---then you need to go for repeated surgeries to scrape it out-- cut, burn etc, and if that doesn't work chemo and more surgery-- what would you prefer?)

"STDs like HPV are typical of promiscuity" and you are likely to pick up more than one strain with multiple partners, but as one writer pointed out HPV is a bit different-- its ubiquitous and even a monogomy great relationship led to a bout, unless you asked for a PCR test to identify which strain of the HPV you won't actually know the long term prognosis.

Different strains act differently. Its true that gardasil only protects against a few, but hey, guess what? they are the ones that are known to cause warts, adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma-- that's why they stuck those strains in the vaccine! It doesn't make sense to put other strains in there if they don't obey Koch's postulates. (cause and effect)

btw I can't see the post about the british tv series lady where did it go?

Herpes is a different virus to HPV and although you can have both and there is a higher incidence of carcinoma when you are infected with both, it is not necessary to have both to get cancer.

Herpes, btw, can be managed with zn, L-lysine, omega 3 FA and a good diet. Acyclovir is sometimes necessary.

It's funny that even though this is a warning against Gardasil Katie introduces the vaccine by saying that it "prevents cervical cancer". However Gardasil prevents only HPV types 6, 11, 16 and 18. These types are linked to the development of cervical cancer, so this vaccine is not "preventing" cancer. I found that particular phrasing notable because of how it changes the undertone of the message/warning. It gave Gardasil a higher ground throughout the piece than if she had phrased it without giving Gardasil a direct link to stopping cancer.

You might want to check out the stats on cervical cancer. Under 4,000 people die a year of cervical cancer in the US and about 274,000 die world wide. Interestingly 4 out of 5 of these cases are women in 3rd world countries that do not get annual screening (pap smears). Preventing this cancer doesn't have to rely on Gardasil, a clearly dangerous vaccine with only a small amount of short term testing and no long term testing to justify its use or safety. Furthermore I believe it is the most expensive vaccine to hit the market. Long story short there are many safer alternatives out there for prevention.

This is tragic. What I do not understand is this: Depo-Provera has had similar problems, and has been poisoning women since the late '60's why is this press exclusive to Gardasil? Why isn't more awareness given about many more life debilitating drugs? It's not just Gardasil that is harming women; there are many, many more.

Marriage is the only appropriate setting for intercourse, and all you have to do is look at the list of consequences when that rule is not followed. Unintended pregnancy, disease, side-effects from contraceptives, physical, psychological and spiritual trauma from abortion, poverty - this attitude that sex is recreation has laid waste to our society. We need to wake up and start living right. There are many on this site who decry the unnatural things we are doing to our foods and how we medicate, and rightly so. But we are willing to toss out the nature of the marital act because we want our recreation? The nature of the marital act is procreative - there is no ditching that without major consequences. It is a lie that you can ditch it, so let's stop teaching our kids that thhey can ditch it. Condoms? They break, slip off, cause latex allergies, and don't protect against HPV. No contraceptives do. Pill? Often not effective in low doses, and have side-effects bad enough that many women stop using them. Sterilization? You mean, self-mutilation. And sterilizations could be a cause of auto-immune diseases. Who's living in a dream world when you tell kids they can have safe sex???? We'd better start caring for our kids more than that, and tell them the truth.

Menningitis vaccine: 7 people in my average size subdivision had menningitis before the vaccine was available, none of them at the same time or knew each other. From age 2 weeks old to 40 years old. The two week old was lucky, he had a sharp doctor that caught it quickly. He still had health issues, but survived. A 15 year old teen lost his toes and finger to gangrene from the menningtis. Someone I knew with twins lost one 6 month old, there is very little time between start of symptoms and death. My doctor said he had a number of peds patients with menningitis. In general, I'm a health food proponent, but these disease are very real.
