The only thing I didn't like about the movie is that there is a version available without all the stuff at the beginning and end, and the stuff you added doesn't enhance the movie for me at all; we may well disagree on some political issues, and this drags in all kinds of other side issues. Perhaps you felt this is the way to drive home the point, but it really turned me off, just so you know. I had been looking for the URL to the water buffalo movie to share it with someone else, but I need the pure version.

As a Christian who has always been very interested in health and natural alternatives it saddens me that so many good Doctors like Dr. Mercola are so educated in one field and ignorant about the big picture which is the Lord Jesus Christ and the Bible. There is alot of propaganda put out by the liberal media that is believed for the wrong reasons. President Bush is a Christian and he understands the whole picture of the agenda of the terrorists. So we must have a leader (President) that will do what needs to be done to protect us from outside threats as well as those inside like big Pharma. That is why Ron Paul is a bad choice for President. Although he understands the problems with our government and the drug industry, he does not have a clue about the big picture pertaining to a religious war and that is what we are in. Democrats have a different religion than most Republicans. Most Republicans serve the God of the Bible while most Democrats serve the God of their imagination, meaning they pick and choose what scriptures they like and add their own ideas in the mix. Hence they condone abortion which is murder and homosexuality which is clearly condemned in the bible with many other sins .Most Democrates want to keep christianity in a closet because real christianity does not fit their lifestyle. The Democrates who are real christians are those who have no idea of what is really going on in the Democratic agenda. They don't even know it is the abortion, homosexual, big government party. They have no idea of the voting records of the candidates.

So while I totally agree we need to ban together to stop the big drug companies from destroying our country, I can not agree to a weak and ignorant policy on aggressive terrorist who did by the way attack us first whether you think it was Saddam or some other they are of one mind, are linked and do have the same agenda which is world domination and the destruction of the US. It is what the bible says.

With all due respect, I disagree with you about Dr. Ron Paul and ALL The Republicrats running for that puppet office of the petrochemical industries called the US Presidency.

The boldest stance we can all take is to unelect all the Democrats and the Republicans, and replace them with qualified third-party and independent candidates of our own choosing. Remember, politicians from both of these political parties are so deep in the pockets of big businesses that they become their pockets. The only way we can change that is to unelect them all by the ballot -- or the bullet, and heaven help us if we should have to do the latter.

I would have to say when i saw the first clip of the buffalo then saw the lions..i couldnt look and wondering why they are showing this in this clip? I scrolled it up so i couldnt see it, but afterwards i really saw what was going on and was just amazed! It brought tears to my eyes and continues to do so. I cant get enough of the clip. I watch it for inspiration. Though it is hard for animals living in the wild..they must hunt to survive. They always have to watch there back. They dont know when there next meal will arrive, or when there will be someone after them. I am a true believer in what lies ahead in the afterlife. Where all animals lie by eachother not in fear. This is truely hell on Earth. We must open our eyes and stand up for the innocent (people,animals,environment) I came upon one of Kevin Trudeaus books which has thankfully changed the way i think. I only buy organic. I buy organic raw milk, yogurt, cheese. The system will not shut me up and drag me down. Although people tell me im crazy for drinking raw milk, that i will get sick. I think to myself..boy we all are brainwashed! I have never been sick. Before i started in on my organic lifestyle (im not totally %100 organic it is hard) i use to get the occasional colds etc. No more. Everyone around me gets sick especially when the seasons change and people still think you catch colds from the coldness in the winter. What a myth. These people have been brainwashed so much they think im the one thats brainwashed! I would say this will be the year i first register to vote. I am 25 and never voted. They all seemed the same to me...snakes. I will buy yard signs and be proud of my decision when everyone around me tries to bring me down and votes for who they see on Oprah, or Fox news. Vote Ron Paul 2008. For the future of our world and all living things in it. God Bless

This is a great example to use!!! Dr. Mercola and others like him are small in number. But we're making a ripple!! Truth will win out in the end. The purpose of this video is to inspire us. Who cares about the details of the metaphor. The purpose is clear: We are small in number right now, but if we stand up and make our voices heard then others will learn the truth and collectively we can make a huge difference. We all know that lions are an important part of nature. But in this video we see a group of animals that have a deep love for their baby. They go against the natural order (Convention) and fight to save the live of one of their children. We can make a difference. BRAVO Dr. Mercola!!! Thanks for turning me on to Ron Paul!! Thanks for your leadership!!! Thanks for your education!!! I will stand beside you and support you in your efforts!!!

This video was scary alright. I noticed how flashes of Pat Robertson (not my hero, but, nevertheless a religious leader--so keep your hands off. Remember, re religion, our constitution writes, ..."or prohibiting the free exercise thereof."), O'Reilly, and other conservatives are flashed in a negative context. Looks like a nazi propaganda clip. Please, o liberal Dr. Mercola, stick to health.

This is a wonderful metaphor on what the human race is actually facing and winning. Time is speeding up and people in this world are getting together, reading or writing about how the global elite are controlling the world and have been for the last 2000 years or so. Not anymore, the USA is the last bastion for the global elite as written about by Noam Chomsky in "Hegemony or Survival" for the global elite it is all or nothing game and they bet that the USA could become the ruler of the world. Now the economy is in dire straits and like the Roman Empire each limb will be taken off until all there is left is USA. I was glad to see that Al Gore won the Noble Peace Prize, yet I am undecided whether he would be a better President or a World leader. You see not only is the USA government being controlled by the global elite, every other government in the World is as well. My country now has a Bush clone named Harper, and I really can't decide whether Dubya is as stupid as he pretends to be or is it an act. Time will tell!

Although I did find this article and video interesting, I find I must agree with EQ regarding the animal analogy not crossing over. The scene that was dipicted in the video was one of an act of nature. not one of reason. In the animal world survival of the fittest is natures law. I had hoped that man had evolved beyond that, however I sometimes believe the species that should be referred to as animals, is the human species.

Humans kill, deceive, steal, lie, abuse (and the list goes on and on) one another for no better reason than monetary gain or in the name of religion or worse still, for no reason at all.

"Animals" kill for survival. Not being an expert, I can't be 100% sure, but I believe the rest of the above list with perhaps a few exceptions, (pack rat, crow, etc) is non-applicable.

To the best of my knowledge, humans are the only species that has inhuman individuals within it's community and make reporting it's inhumanity a priority, with an occasional report of humanity.

The interesting portion of the video was that the "animals" came together as a goup to achieve a common goal. The lions to provide food for that pride and the buffalo to defend and save one of their own. Perhaps this is the message that should be learned.

Homo sapiens, no matter what race, color or creed are of the same family and should treat one another as family and work together for the common good. Unfortunately, the world leaders of our family don't see it this way and we tend to follow along like sheep, because it is easier.

I am a Vietnam Veteran (two tours), but I now believe there is no justifiable reason for war. I doubt that the world will ever come to it's senses, as it would have to be implemented by all people everywhere, but instead of fighting and killing one another over non-sense (ie. my god is better than your god) we should help one another to understand individual belief and to save the planet for all animals. (Homo sapien or the other kind)

For those of you analyzing the minute details of the buffalo video--geez, lighten up, will ya? The POINT is to make a metaphor of the little guy. vs the evil corporate powers-that-be. And I think the metaphor still makes sense, regardless if the baby buffalo died or not. Just think of the meaning that the creators of the video were trying to convey.

I am very fortunate to have one of the great Duke doctors at the Durham VA med center who knows that i have a considerable knowledge of these matters about how to eat rt ect and for example --I used to have hi cholesterol and still border line high but he says you dont have any of the other risk factors so you dont need a prescription for this and its expensive too!!! I have been fortunate to have many minor problems and that has enabled me to avoid the major ones!! (having a BS in Chem Engineering also helps ones confidence)
