I believe that green tea has many beneficial effects on us. What I am concerned about the

caffeine in the green tea. Isn't caffeine is bad for us? There are also decaffeinated green teas, however, the process of making it decaffeinated is not good for our health. What do you think of it?

Thank you for the wonderful e-mails your staff has been sending me. I learned so much from you! Thank you, thank you!

It really makes it worthwhile to follow the comments on the Mercola site. It seems like everything has something that isnt good for you, but like everything you need to take everything in moderation. Me I drink loads of coffee and green tea so I'm getting all the good stuff.

I read it has a higher concentration of antioxidants polyphenols than green tea and because it is the least processed of all teas it does not have the bitterness that green tea has. It is also very low in caffeine. Can anyone confirm this?
