I have quite a few patients with Multiple Sclerosis and I have been sending them out for testing and trying to find pure Vit.D for supplementing(Practicing in Italy, this is not an easy task). Low and behold, the highest level of Vit.D of my MS patients was 17 ng/ml. If someone would please tell me if there is any research or documented cases where they've seen improvements with Vit.D supplementation for patients in later stages of MS, I would greatly appreciate it.

It's your body's way of saying TOO much at one time.

Moderation is the key here. Indoor tanning salons are the best way to get moderate exposure on a regular basis. A FULL session is not required for Vitamin D production, typically 1/4 to 1/2 session depending on the type of lamps used.

ALL sunbeds will allow the human body to produce vitamin D, that's what they were originally designed for in the first place.

A Suntan was just a byproduct of the desired results.

Stay away from toxic sun blocks, if we use our heads we can prevent over exposure, and have a healthy relationship with our friend the sun.
