&lt;p&gt; &amp;nbsp; I love almond milk make my own and if time is short by the best available at my natural food store, It is a great source of Protien,I found that soy milk for many reasonds was not right for me health wise and always gave me a stomach ache as I researched it I found out more of it's chemistry and it is best used to make tofu.The USA supplies 85- 90% of the worlds almond supply for sale and they are proposing changes in the way almonds are disinfected which are not good . You need to educate yourseld on this . Plain heat sterilization is fine but the big drug and chemical companys want you to think otherwisw so pay attention when they start different method od steralizing almonds C Ryan DO&lt;/p&gt;
