I follow a very old fashioned diet & never touch any sodas or purchase junk food, it is all in how you respect your body & your families future to be the best example you can be. This is a choice we can all make to eat & purchase good food responsibly don't be part of this ' System ' of created sickness. This is all about big money not health.

Floride in the water, transfat, vaccines loaded with trigger delayed cancers, everykind of poison in the food you can think of. Look up H5N1 virus, which is behind a number of bird flu pandemics across the world, was sent by an Australian lab to Czech Republic, where it was given to ferrets by accident. This incident posed the risk of this virus escaping into the wild and also mixing up with a human strain, which could spawn a dangerous hybrid. As per reports, vaccine major Baxter's Austrian branch had sent in December, a batch of human H3N2 to Avir Biotech in Austra. However, in February, a Czech company working with Avir reported the death of ferrets inoculated wtih samples of H3N2. However, scientists later found that the particular sample contained live H5N1, which is used by Baxter to make vaccines. It was found that the two samples werein error and could have posed a major hazard. This could not possibly have been an accident, Baxter stands to gain billions with and outbreak. So what if it kills millions. Wake up and go to www.infowars.com

The only rule you ever have to concern yourself with is, if it has a label, it most likely has been processed and stuff has been added, if so, don't put it in your mouth. If you wouldn't put it in your mouth, then get it out of your life. If you eat things with HFCS, why not just cut to the chase and drink it from the jar? You think I'm being ridiculous? HFCS has more names then you realize, as do all things that aren't good for you...but how would you know if you just take someone else's word on your health? So, even if you don't see the word, High Fructose Corn Syrup, it or it's derivative or second or third name is most likely is in the food you are consuming. Just because someone says a thing is okay to eat, does that mean you should just be blind and asleep and eat it? Try finding out just how bad all the things you eat, drink, sleep with, bathe with and live with really are for you. Try making a list of all the things you eat, all the processed foods, and researching them all as far as you can research them...I'm more than sure you will be shocked into doing the right thing, which amounts to getting rid of most of the processed foods from out of your life, including that 12 grain Whole Wheat brand name bread who's third ingredient from the top is most likely High Fructose Corn Syrup or that skinny little snack cracker that's only 100 calories.

Quit subsidizing corn, right off the bat. If you can find an old farmer, ask him what corn is good for, and he'll tell you 'for fattening stock. If you want your hens to lay, don't feed them corn".

Then make the food manufacturers show good cause for adding it, beyond 'it makes out quarterly bottom line fatter' or 'it tastes good'. If they can't show a useful nutrition gain, don't let them use it.

Oh. I forgot. The government can't tell corporate industry what to do, even when it is killing the citizens.

Time for that to change, isn't it?

Interesting case awhile back, I believe in Kentucky where humane services came into a house and took these peoples dogs becasue they were feeding them potatoe chips and sodas. The kicker is they feel it is perfectly acceptable for the kids to be fed the same thing. Illegal to have a dog eat it (which on occassion have been know to eat their own feces), yet perfectly legit to let your kids gorge on. Brilliant!

That is because that poison is in everything. It is hard to go shopping and not pick something up that has that junk in it,.

I dont buy anything frozen that has that stuff, and I do not buy bread with it anymore. I make most of my bread, but do have a loaf or two around for the hubby that prefers softer, sliced bread that doesnt fall apart. I buy Natures Pride bread, as it says it is HFCS free.

Most anything in a can has it, as well as most commercial cereals. Anything vile colored also has it, like frozen treats and packaged sweets. I am always amazed at the poison rainbow I see in young mothers carts at the store. They really dont understand what they are feeding thier unsuspecting families.....

We've tried keeping sodas, HFCS, MSG, and other additives out of our kids foods from the start. Our kids can tell the difference, they can't stand soda or most foods that contain those ingredients and naturally avoid the bad stuff even when pressured by grandparents and friends. Education is the best way to make a difference, too bad most nutritionalist, dieticians, and health teachers are misinformed. There probably should also be a detox center for people who want to remove this junk from their diet. Most can't do it on their own.

As a physician who works internationally I have become quite concered for future generations.

I have become a label reader and it is amazing what some food contain OR don't contain.

I have started to drink a product called Pepsi 1. It has only one calorie and as far as I can detect, does not contain HFCS.

It does however, contain Aspartame which there seems to be contraversy about as well.

Unfortunately, I work in areas where the water is unsafe and it seems that Pepsi 1 is the best of the alternatives.

Too bad the government doesn't take these issues seriously and make some major changes in what it allows to be consumed by americans.
