I thought there was no real answer until I discovered something called The-Allergy-Kit.com. It sounded different and I wanted to keep an open mind. I ordered the kit. It is supposed to treat most all foods and food group allergies. I followed the instructions and started to feel better. Must be the placebo effect. It took me over 2 weeks to finish the treatments, and I have to tell you ... I feel great! I still watch what I eat, from habit I think, but every time I experiment with something that really gave me a problem, I don't seem to have a reaction. I am still experimenting with foods that I could never eat before, slowly, but it is working, I love The-Allergy-Kit.com. I would recommend it to anyone that is sick and tired of allergies controlling you life. Besides, it has a money back guarantee. How does it get any better than that!

When we are exposed to something that "we are allergic to", the body revolts, freaks out and reacts in a way that is not normal. The energy from the allergen disrupts the entire body and caused all kinds of negative responses.

The-Allergy-Kit balances these "out of control" energies so the body will stop reacting in the way that makes you ill. By reprogramming the immune system, while in the presence of the allergen, we can get a different response from the body. Using specific tapping on acupuncture points and the brain and heart, The-Allergy-Kit is able to neutralize the negative effects thus allowing the body to re-energize and strengthen the immune system.

All I can say is that it works. If you want more info, goto: www.the-allergy-kit.com

It messed up my blood sugars, giving me highs and lows and made me more sensitive to sugars, to the point if I ate only rice I'd feel sick. I developed allergies to pine nuts and parsnips and now I can't eat either of them. People think I'm crazy and think it's weird that I developed these allergies and how I know this, but it's because I tested it on myself, by eating small samples of these foods to see if reactions occur, and they did every time. Pine nuts, definitely, and I'm about 70% sure I'm allergic to parsnips. At first I thought I should turn to an allergy test, but they only test for the most common allergens, none of which include pine nuts and parsnips. Strangely, these are foods that my body apparently loves, as my favourite part of a dish in a restaurant was a combination of the two, which is when I first had an allergic reaction: itchy, red face, anxiety or dizziness or something else, swelling.. Scary, but you have to trust yourself sometimes more than you can trust doctors (as we learn all the time from natural sites like this). It's strange how this happens, how we can develop allergies, but a lot of negative things happened to my health when I went vegan, so I'm going to blame the allergies on the veganism too. I didn't eat soy, either, and I ate organic. I thought I was healthy, and I was according to a lot of people, but now that I eat animals again I feel much better. So if you're a vegetarian and have developed food allergies, you may want to investigate your diet a bit further.

Why anyone wd think milk from an animal that can get up and walks to its food source (cow's udder), grows to, I suppose, about 1,000 lbs inside of a year, would be a good food for humans who take years to fully develop their bodies, and minds, and whose bodies need a totally different food formulation -- the same nutrients but very different proportions. And I wdn't use a/thing issued by the government agencies to clean my home! Do many of you know that it's extremely dangerous to use ammonia (Windex) and chlorine (Chlorox) together!? Children can die from this kind of thing, and pets too. Real soap (not the stuff made from oil byproducts), oxygen and other natural bleaches (hydrogen peroxide, for one) have to be properly used of course, as does everything, but their compoents break down into their natural places in the environment and do not just accumulate to toxic levels. It is NOT more expensive to eat organic foods, drink organic drinks, and water that has been filtered in your own hoe with an efficient filter system. Just add up all the medical bills, the expensive drugs (which cause more problems than they ever solve) -- add in the sleepless nights, the lost wages, the anguish over sick children.....THINK FOR Y OURSELF, EDUCATE YOURSELF, TAKE RESOONSIBILITY FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Gaye Leslie

The Vaccination Program!!! The number of vaccines given to children more than doubled in 1990. I believe that vaccines play a major role in the development of allergies and many other ailments. But I also believe that GMOs play a big part. Vaccines lay the groundwork in young children and then they start eating GMO foods and the destruction of their immune systems and bodies continues.

Well just this. I am no supporter of GM foods at all, but that is a different story. What I would say as loudly as I can is that the Omega 6/Omega 3 story is only the beginning. 1. The people who show up with these new allergies should be profiled for their entire diet to check the correlation on what I have been saying above. 2. This situation is so bad that until we get a handle on the problem and do something about it, it will only get worse. 3. The switch to Polly’s foods left us almost bereft of Omega 3 intake. Did you know that one of the few sources we have of Omega 3 is butter? And even our fish intake has had the fish oil taken out and replaced with ‘finest vegetable (I ask you?) oil’. If you don’t believe me, read the can. 4. If we can get this mess cleaned up, and I have my doubts, then we need to turn on the GM situation and see what else these food hooligans have done with our diet.

Now, yes you have guessed it, allergic reactions begin to take place against all kinds of otherwise quite innocuous components in our diet. Until this disorder is corrected (i.e. the balance between the two types of Omega EFAs) then these problems will only get worse.

Now for the next part! Where do we absorb all these Omega 6 foods? Well thanks to the paranoia about ‘saturated animal fats’ and ‘cholesterol’ back in the 1950s, we were shifted by the industry, onto ‘vegetable oils’ and ‘margarine’. You will remember Polly won’t you. Her second name was ‘Unsaturates’ and she is the culprit. Out went Lard suet and yes, even butter, and instead we went onto those ‘finest vegetable oils’. They could be bought in bulk cheaply and left on the shelf until the cook needed them. They didn’t need a refrigerator either. More savings! What nobody seemed to know at the time was that the longer they sat there the more they oxidized into Trans Fatty acids. They could also be kept hot all day without smoking up the kitchen of the restaurant, and could be used all over again the next day. The constant heat changed them into more Trans Fatty acids…..from Omega 6!!! And then we just ate them…chips, crackers, cookies. Fast foods of every description! They worked well for processed foods too. Need I say more?

(To part 3)

Allergy is always complicated and mysterious, as seemingly quite healthy people may suddenly begin to experience them for no reason they can immediately identify.

The explanation may be quite simple. Very often, in my opinion, medical questions are much simpler than we have been led to believe.

When I was a child we used to be given malt and cod-liver oil. Most children hated it or said they did but at least it had been worked out that this combination was very good for us. The malt extract contained certain hard-to-get vitamins and the cod-liver oil; well that was just fish oil. Well here is the explanation. That fish oil contained and still does contain, omega 3 fatty acid and for those of you who are already bored because you don’t like the taste either, then you need to listen hard to the real truth about how much you need this stuff.

Omega 3 fatty acid, cod-liver oil, or oils containing high percentages of this fatty acid and not low grade substitutes labeled ‘finest quality vegetable oil’, are all absolutely essential to the functioning of our bodies. They used to be described as ‘Essential Fatty Acids’. They are neither fatty nor are they acids but Boy! Are they ESSENTIAL? Omega 3 is absolutely necessary in every cell of our body. It takes part in the DNA/RNA set-up. It works in conjunction with Omega 6 EFAs which we get too much of. Omega-3 EFAs stabilize the heart rhythm.

The present American diet gives a ratio of omega 6 to Omega 3 EFAs as around 12 to 1. In Australia it is as high as 18 to 1; (I have no figures for England.). The actual ratio should be about 2 to 1. So something is going to go wrong and in fact, already has. Omega 3 has the effect of calming down the immune system whereas Omega 6 livens it up. When the immune system gets livened up it begins taking action against all kinds of ‘intruders’ in our body. The Omega 3 has the effect of trying to keep things under control but ....... (to part 2)

Eating loads of junk and processed food, lots of sugar, drinking gallons of soda, etc, etc, etc., those bad and stupid people. And the Mercola-Cure: no-nothing but plain water, organic veggies (preferably raw of course), raw milk (only if absolutely needed), some organic protein and so on. Even more than one or two pieces of fruit are a no-no, raises the blood sugar of course. Bread is even worse! Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that he makes it too hard on the average person to adhere to his "diet". I mean, take any obese or overweight person and put him on this diet, he'll last a couple of hours and then flip out, with or without EFT. You're not even supposed to do more than 1 hour of sports a day! What's live without sports??? Why not get realistic and realize that not everyone is a fanatic that can drink water and eat raw vegetables all day. I try my best to cut out the bread and sugar, eat nothing processed, drink fresh pressed veggi-juice etc. but just have to have fruit and a cup of coffee now and then. I'm a criminal, doomed to be overly fat, chronically ill and die early. Actually my weight is normal and I'm not at all sick, even though 57. What about a little bit of common sense here? We're only human, after all.

Seaton wrote; Allergies are immunity gone wrong by some underlying infection that results in the immune system reacting incorrectly to a harmless allergen. Seaton stated that stress on the immune system causes mistakes that we call allergies. Over eating is a stress on the immune system that causes incorrect immune reaction to an allergen such as pollen. Infection of the ear, nose or throat causes the immune system to put up the wrong response to food particle that we eat. Seaton concluded; " You are as old as your immune system"
