Ron Paul is the only candidate who is against the Patriot Act. He is the only "top tier" candidate who is against the war in Iraq (yes, he is a "top tier" candidate now that he has raised $5.1M in the third quarter).

The media would have you believe he is a quack. I ask you this: were the founding fathers quacks to found this country based upon the principles of Liberty. Faux News, and most of the other major news networks, are trying to silence him. They know that if they don't, the corrupt power base of the two party system will collapse. Would this necessarily be a bad thing? I, and multitudes of others, say NO!

Remember that document we all learned about in grade school. The document of which I write is the Constitution. This document was supposed to set us free. It worked for a time. Then, people who thought they could run your life better than you, weaseled their way into government. The Constitution is completely disregarded by the entire White House and Congress. None of the Presidential candidates, save one, even consider this masterful document. In fact, George Bush has been quoted as calling it "just a goddamned piece of paper." Ron Paul, on the other hand, obeys the Constitution in everything he does.

Be a part of the second American Revolution. Support Ron Paul. Campaign for him. He is depending upon you to set our country back on the path to true Freedom.

I guess my first two comment attempts were a bit too radical, to be posted. Ron Paul may not be squeaky clean, but who knows what skeletons are within the closets of the other candidates. At the same time his advocacy for open Healthcare, allow the patient to choose how he or she will be treated for said illness, and an end to this prison choking farce of a war on drugs should make us all stand up and take a real look at all of the candidates.

The war on drugs is mostly a failure we as citizens know it, even if we refuse to voice the same. Why not treat the drug addicted, the same way we treat alcoholics?

Ron Paul sounds like an excellent choice for your President. My only concern is that he may be too good to be true. When you think about the USA, if you thought you live in a democracy you would be wrong. You have lived in a police state for years, and for the global elite or illuminati, trilateral commission, council of foriegn affairs, or the people in charge above your President, it is a chess match. Environment is our biggest concern, yet the heads of all of the environmental boards have direct ties to the global elite. George Bush tells you one thing and then changes his mind and does something completely opposite. In any democratic country this is a problem we all face. In my province we elected a Premier, who was going to put money into education and health care. As soon as he was elected he slashed both budgets, tore up contracts. All I am trying to tell you, is to make sure the Ron Paul you think you are voting for is the right one. The President you chose in 2008 has to be one that is as honest as he is driven. Why does he want to become the President? The man/woman you want has to have an ache in his heart to see his once great country rise up again and uphold the constitution that your founders put into place. Read Al Gore's book "Assault on Reason". At the time of your independence, George Washington warned the people about the illuminati and the global elite, who tried to take over Europe but were thrown out and landed in the USA. I hope and pray that Ron Paul is the right one. Ultimately whoever wins the White House, has a great sway over my country and depending upon the strength of the leader, the world.

The issues that we are facing currently are not party affiliated. Therefore, it is important to study your candidates regardless of party affiliation. If you are truly interested in health freedom and keeping the FDA and Codex and other regulators out of your livingroom, then Ron Paul is the only logical choice. All of the other candidates are aligned with special interests that will take these rights away from you. I teach Health and Human Nutrition in two different colleges. I know the issues of taking responsibility for one's health and having access to various alternative forms of health care are vital. The only one really paying attention to these issues is Ron Paul. It all goes with his freedom message.

He is not a racist. If anyone would research all that he actually puts his name to, they would discover a man who has no bias and unfortunately had a bad choice for a ghost writer in a newsletter of his. He was at the PBS debate put on at an African American College and you could see his answers there were far from racist. If he were, he would have declined the invitation as ALL OF THE so called first tier candidates did.

Ron Paul may actually have a real shot at winning the Republican nomination. The attrition rate in the field has been very low, and so there are enough candidates that any one may win.

The so called first tier candidates got that status through polls that are too far from the actual vote to be anything but a tool for name reconition and celebrity status. Typically, the polls tend to predict the wrong guy, such as happened with Dean in 2004.

I seriously suspect that we may see the sedond tier of candidates pick up a lot of votes, due to momentum gained in the earliest primaries, so Ron may win some of the earlier races and build momentum. Ronald Reagan was ignored and considered a fringe candidate in his first successful residential primary, since the man was not a pick of the power elite.

I do not think anyone but Hilary will win the actual race in 2008, because the power elite own the companies who make the electoral machines, and I think the fix is totally in for Hillary to be the next dictator.....er ....President of the United States.

We moved to our little 30 acre farm to raise grass-fed beef, lamb, and dairy as well as free-range chicken and eggs for our families and a few friends. Now our government is trying to take control of my farm and animals via the NAIS which will most certainly put most small producers like me out of business.
