I have been suggesting for years that Dr Mercola investigate this simple, life changing method but have been met with a wall of silence.

I'll keep it simple. If you or anyone you love suffers from sleep disorders, allergic conditions and/or related breathing problems, investigate Buteyko immediately and make up your own mind.

There is a wealth of information about it on the internet.

Russian doctor Konstantin Buteyko developed his training methods in the 1960s and campaigned all his life to spread information about healthy breathing. He was subjected to harassment and discrimination in Russia and he has been largely ignored or worse by the Western medical establishment -- something that should win the sympathy of Dr Mercola.

The Buteyko method is about correct breathing patterns. And it works.

I have been trying to get Dr Mercola to seriously address the theories and method of Dr Buteyko fpr years.

I'll keep it simple.

If you or anyone you know and love suffers from asthma, hay fever, snoring, sleep apnoea, high blood pressure, allergies or related conditions, please take the time to investigate the Buteyko method.

While you may have to pay a qualified practitioner for a short time in order to master the technique properly, the fundamental principle could not be more simple.

It's just about CORRECT BREATHING.

Something, apparently, that doctors and other health professionals in the Western world know NOTHING ABOUT.

Buteyko changed my life -- perhaps even postponed my (inevitable) death.

The bottom line is that yes we keep our bodies strong with nutrition and we also need to protect them from pollutants and poisons in our environment.
