I am all for a health revolution. I was excited to see how social networking can help. Does anyone see how it still might not get us away from big brother after reading this article: news.yahoo.com/.../us_pentagon_twitter_tracking

While I know this is not an unbiased newsource, the point I see is that big brother can track us on these things. I am not saying we can't win, we must! But with regard to the article, am I overlooking something that would get us around big brother?

Don't worry too much about what is happening outside your own country, the folk there are able to work their own problems out. Remember about a century ago *** Turpin was a highwayman terrorising England, Ned kelly was terrorising Australia, no doubt the USA had their own terrorists. Most survived and democracy thrived until the people became complacent and allowed their own representatives to do their thinking for them. Then things started crashing.

To start taking back control, form your own groups to contest local body elections. From this state and national representation of the people will flow. Start at the beginning.

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad could be just the person for Iran just as Hugo Chavez could be the right person for his country.Tthe big thing is that these two guys control a lot of oil and that must not be tolerated by the ruling elite or as some know them, the New World Order. Anyway let them sort it out themselves and worry about your own neck of the woods. Have you never wondered why The USA spends more money fighting wars where they are not even welcome when that same money could aleviate most if not all of America's problems.

After reading this article yesterday and thinking about the great aspects of instant personal media such as Twitter and blogs compared with corporate media outlets, I came across this very interesting video portraying the future of the "4th Estate" in 2014. It swings to the other extreme depicting life in 2014 when corporate media could cease to exist and personal blogs and feeds would be our only media outlets...a system where there is no managerial supervision of the news that is published. The video leaves the viewer asking, "How then will we decipher truth from fiction?" Forget about corporate media-spin...the conflicting posts and real-time lies could leave everyone's heads spinning!

The Tipping point is indeed very close now for a number of aspects in life.

...Anyone, anywhere, can now blow the whistle on anyone about anything.

This is going to make a lot of people clean their act up....or be exposed....No hiding place.

We are coming rapidly to a self-policing position, as nobody wants to be found out doing negative things and then suffer the consequences.

..............Small communities have been working very well on this basis since time began...........Now we will have a global community spirit, thanks to the internet.

The people in power, corruption, theft, injustice etc. must be going berserk, wondering how they can stop this and shove the genie back in the bottle!!

So here is a message for them, clean your act up big time...or....?

It is incredibly interesting to read first-hand accounts of breaking news coming straight from citizens without the media spin. If you all don't mind, I'm going to share a facebook post that a personal friend of mine posted a few days ago from Honduras regarding the current political situation there. My friend was received her Bachelors and Master's degress in the U.S. and was born/raised and currently lives in Honduras. Her opinion of the situation with Coup and President Zelaya is very different from that of Hillary Clinton or President Obama.

I find it ironic that you are doing an article on crushing big brother & all your article displays is the crap put out by the corporate media who push all the propaganda for their own benefit & to dupe & brainwash the citizenry. The average person in Iran does not have a cel phone so you are getting a very small % of the population who were apposed to the elections. Independent western polls showed that Ahmadinejad was ahead in the polls by a 2 - 1 margin. As far as declaring Mr Ahmadinejad elected 2 hours after the polls had close Mr. Moussavi actually declared he had won the election 2 hours before the polls had closed. I am no fan of any religious power running any government anywhere in the world. Religion has always been used to oppress the masses. But you can be sure the Iranian people remember the US puppet the Shah & his Savak put in place by an overthrow of a democratically elected president in 1953 by the CIA. Folks if you are going to watch mainstream news you should understand they are always twisting it to suit their agenda not the people's. You need to research everything and even stuff on the internet is not bullet proof.

I just returned from seeing the movie FOOD INC and I absolutely encourage everyone to go and see it. It is a bird's eye view into one industry that we don't think about most of the time.

It is incredible how a powerful chemical company like Monsanto has entered our food chain and take it over in little more than 10 years. Watch and listen carefully if you want to find out why we as a nation are growing fatter even though we eat "healthy".

I commend my local theatre for showing this movie! It wasn't very well attended ---get the word out about what is happening with GMO foods and high fructose corn syrup becoming such a part of every manufactured food product on the market today. This was really a fascinating and rare view into where most of our food comes from. I hope you will review this movie Dr Mercola and share it with your millions of readers!

I haven't seen anyone mention that our fat-headed idiot president has come out strongly in favor of the oppresive dictator and in opposition to the dictator's opposition in every recent case of dictatorial abuse of power. Dosen't anyone listen to what this guy says? You are allowing a strong man to place himself and his minions in a position of unquestioned power in the U. S.

I thought by now with all the experience Dr. Mercola has dealing with the media’s propaganda behind big Pharma that he would have absolutely no trust in the western media coverage about anything especially what happens in the Middle East.

People in the west are going to have to wake up soon to realize that exactly the same thing is happening to them as happened to the good citizens of Germany prior to WWII. They had a very effective propaganda machine that kept its citizenry fast asleep and unaware that their own government was the most evil and diabolical presence on the planet.

The exact same thing is happening today. The most advanced propaganda machine known to mankind is duping the good citizens of the west, including one of our favorite doctors. Today the high-tech, scientific, highly effective, western media propaganda machine has gotten so slick and corrupt that you can take every report they make about a critical event, then automatically apply the exact opposite view, without any research, and you’ll come up with the truth.

Use this same mindless method of applying the opposite view to the western media’s reports on the military coup that recently took place in Honduras and you will also come up with the truth.

Now with regards to their constant reporting on the life and death of that freak Michael Jackson while America is taking a nosedive into the abyss, that should be another clue as to where the evil and diabolical presence of the world is located today.

i think it is sad the government is ohhh so worried about people communicating. it right away says they're being untruthful. it seems the more governments want to restrict citizens the more up to no good they are. what is interesting is our government has a plan in place to shut down internet comms during an emergency. hmmm... wonder what is going on? just like the torture photos it appears when evil hits the light of day the evil-doers don't want their evil found out and do everything they can to run under the nearest rock to hid. what they're forgetting is their Creator is keeping a record of everything for which they will have to answer at their judgment as it will all be replayed and then their judgment pronounced. i hope people run to Jesus soon and stop their evil or they will have plenty of time to think about what they have done...
