(If I worked at an office, that is.) &amp;nbsp;I love that time for prayer, meditation, and simply connecting with Jesus. If you can manage to go to bed earlier and get up earlier, I&amp;#39;d suggest using that time for &amp;quot;alone&amp;quot; time, in whatever form helps you most. Though it might not cut down on distractions once you get to work, I&amp;#39;m convinced it will give you a tranquility, creativity, and inner strength that will serve you even better in all aspects of your life, including your work. &lt;/p&gt;
