The bill states:

‘...ideologically based violence’ means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual’s political, religious, or social beliefs...

I mentioned ealier about Ron's plan to get rid of federal income taxes. Can you imagine the boost to the economy if you didn't have federal taxes cut out of your check every week?

If you don't like Ron Paul, then vote for one of the other candidates. Just remember... you're going to get more of the same from them.

I'm supporting the ONLY candidate who calls for reduced government involvement and abolishing the IRS and the Federal Reserve systems... Ron Paul.

I told that to a democratic friend the other day, and he said, "Don't you think that's a little unrealistic? Getting rid of Federal income taxes completely?? How can he hope to do that?" I wasn't sure what Ron's plan was, so I looked it up........

Pretty simple... reduce the size of the Federal Government and cut back on Federal spending. Only 1/3 of our federal funds come from income taxes. Federal spending just happens to be about 35% higher than it was in the year 2000. (Thanks to Bush, the guy I voted for. If the dems were in office it would be just as bad or worse.) So, reduce Federal spending to the level it was in the year 2000, and you can wipe out the IRS and federal income taxes.

Who's not for that??

One can't help but notice on this blog that mentions of Christian faith or the inappropriateness of Dr. Mercola not having a "wall of separation" between his personal politics and health gets one a negative remark which seems to be indelible. Whoever reviews these comments is scoring them based on his own personal, liberal, agenda. Can't we just have freedom of speech on this site without being red flagged!

I didn't post any negative comments yesterday,I just asked some pointed questions,and my post was deleted.matter of fact,most posts that were deemed negative were deleted.so who wants to read any one sided advertisment for another doctor who thinks he has all the answers.I did have some legitimate questions about mr. paul.whats his position on our right to unionize?Why couldn't he get his ideas through a friendly republican house,senate,and president?If elected, how will he get his ideas through a opposition democratic congress?pablem anyone?Oh yea for Ron paul! maybe that will keep my post up until I get some answers.

I would probably overwhelmingly support the Medical Freedom Act because Dr. Mercola supports it. We need medical freedom...absolutely we do.

At the same time, I would NEVER vote for president any candidate who fails to grasp the immensity of the threat of Islamic fanaticism.

The leadership of Iran is working furiously to develop the ability to destroy the US with Electro-magnetic pulse nukes. Those nukes would wipe out the electrical power grid of the entire US, stopping every vehicle on the road by melting their electrical systems. Our refrigerators would also be put out of commission as would the water treatment plants. We would have no lighting. Gas pumps would be shut down.

In other words, we would shortly be out of food and water. The nation would be faced with pestilence and starvation.

Ron Paul thinks we can just mind out own business and the problem will go away. That's not how the leadership of Iran sees it. They believe that by striking the US, and destroying the infidels worldwide, it will bring the second coming of their 12th Mahdi.

That might sound strange to us, but they believe it as much as we believe in the Bible, only much more so.

If this occurs...and Iran is well on its way to accomplishing it...the only medical freedom we'll have is to die of starvation instead of pestilence.

Once again, put me down 100% for supporting a Medical Freedom Act. And put me down for supporting any publicity Paul can get for that act. Meanwhile, electing Paul president would be an act of national suicide.

First of all, Democratic voters are not going to vote for another Republican president from Texas.

Next, don't listen to what he says. Talk is cheap. Look at how he votes. In over 75% of Ron Paul's votes in Congress, he sided with the enabling Republicans of the worst administration ever. In other words, Ron Paul supports George W Bush and *** Cheney!

Also, look at what he does, or in this case, what he doesn't do. If Ron Paul is such a champion of WE THE PEOPLE, then why is he still a Republican? And why does he not support Dennis Kucinich's bill to Impeach *** Cheney?

Face it folks, Ron Paul is just another Republican who will pay lip service and say anything in order to get your vote. His words mean nothing. He is a die hard Republican and he votes Republican to support the Republican Party. He just talks Libertarian.

On the other hand, Dennis Kucinich not only talks the talk, he walks the walk. He saved Cleveland's Electric Utility from being taken over by organized crime and dishonest bankers, and survived the mob's hit contract on his life. He always voted against the illegal war in Iraq and against any funding for it. Of course as stated before, he is leading the fight in Congress to impeach *** Cheney and Bush.

If you want to vote for a champion of WE THE PEOPLE, Dennis Kucinich is your man.

Actually just because he wants to lift certain regulations doesn't mean the environment would get worse. He also wants to introduce a legal principle whereby you would be allowed to sue if a neighbor's activities pollute your land, water, or air. Currently this is difficult or impossible to do. Also, there will be organizations like Oregon Tilth who will help to uphold organic standards, and it's possible there could be something similar created for vitamins or herbs.

I too am not sure of all the science behind global warming-- Spirit and Opportunity have proved that there is ALSO warming occuring on MARS. It may well be related to solar maximums.

I am a Ron Paul supporter.

(BTW, I just got an email from the campaign saying that 16 December may be too late... they need to purchase air time now. So a T-day donation may be more appropriate)

Ron Paul is and has always been a republican,yet after more than 30 years,not one plank of the republican platform bares his name or mark.why?If his ideas are so good why hasn't anyone in that party picked up on them?Am I to believe that he is the only good man in that party?Than why is he in that party?Mercola taught meny things to meny people,some for their good,and some for his good.One thing he reinforced with me was "if it sounds to good to be true, it probable is!"As a member of a REPUBLICAN congress Ron Paul may have sponsored meny bills we all really liked,however,they never got pasted into law.Now when we take him out of congress,are his ideas more likely to pass with an opposition congress of democrates?
