Is that refined?

Inflamations causes alot of different things. Arthritis, heart diesease and other automiune diseases. I think Arthritis is an autoimune disease. Hashimoto , or Hypothyroidism (low thyroid) is an autoimune disease. It is the most prevelant autoimune disease in the US>I just did a study for a Nutrition class on it. The body is confused and attacks the good cells.Type 1 Diabetes is another autoimune disease. They are complicated. I read spinach helps with inflamation.

WHOLE fruit is perhaps the most natural food to humans on the planet, with powerful antioxidants, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and yes sugars, it appeals to the senses, nutritious, detoxifying, provides a good source of water, and no preparation required just grab a piece from tree. Yet i see articles advocating the eating of steak and other animal products which contain virtually no fiber or vitamins except those inside the gut of the animal. do humans have claws and fangs? when you go pass by a farm do you say to yourself, man i wish i could jump over the fence and tear that cow apart... with my finger nails? and then eat out its liver, brains, guts, blood, hide and all RAW. do we secrete the enzyme enzyme uricase, which breaks down uric acid? no, because this is not our natural diet. don't even bring up the B12 argument because id like to stay on topic - but let me point out the obvious How do COWS get B12?? they don't eat meat?? we'll see who lives longer, the person following his natural instincts, or the followers of cutting edge health information that seems to be changed monthly because it seems the healthiest longest lived people live in the most remote areas i.e Hunza, Abkhasians --- where do they get their information, do you think they have are told what or when to eat?

I often crave fruits, apple pie, or even ice cream. I will have a "cheat" day every once in awhile if the cravings get too intense. Moderation is the key here.

I have eaten lots of sweet foods. I have abstained from lots of sweet foods. My husband still drinks tons of soda pop and sweets (unfortunately), and I am here to report that after 25 years of wedded bliss our libidos have not tired out or shut down! We are still VERY active and more so than the average couple. Always have been. Sugar may cause a lot of problems (which I am well aware of), but for this couple, it hasn't even put a dent in the libido department.

I think this is like anything else: everyone is affected differently.

The closest practitioner is 90+ miles and I‘ve considered trying one. I haven‘t given up on EFT and I still try it when at the gym and use it when I seem to tired to make the last ten reps. Sometime I make the last ten, sometimes I can‘t. Maybe I‘m trying to hard. I‘ve did the shouting (at home)and the ( I‘m finally over it crying with relief)after some of the rounds. BUT the problem never eased that I was aware of. Only God knows how much I tried over the last couple of years to make something out of EFT.

I‘ve bought Dr. Mercola‘s No Grain book, Total Health Book, Chicken Flue (which I got to help him get on NY best sellers list) I‘m on the second round of three pak Krill, Got Carlsons fish oil and I can‘t remember what else I‘ve got and I intend to get the new book.

Could you explain how lowering SHBG - which then RAISES testosterone and estrogen - could "kill your sex life?" Obviously there's more to the chain of events. In fact, it sounds like if eating sugar results in harmful deregulation of the control protein, it may contributing to excess libido.
