This is just another product that the industry trying to sell. It is not the toothpaste that prevents cavity at all, but good nutrition with zero refined food. And I mean ZERO! If you follow good, pure nutrition with no refined foods, it is more then enough just to brush your teeth without toothpaste. The truth of the matter is that when I do Autonomic Response Testing (ART) on people i usually assess their tooth paste as well, let it be natural or whatever kind, the assessment clearly shows that these toothpaste not just weakening their system, but heavily blocking them energetically.

If you are not so convinced by this, try this, this is what we do:

I make my own colloidal silver water following Bob Beck Protocol, and I rinse my mouth with that, twice a day and I leave my brush in colloidal silver water so the bacterium wont grow on the brush and that is all. Bye-bye bacterium for good!

I know what you think about not using toothpaste, as I,ve seen people's face when I mentioned that we dont use such thing. They all looked at me like I have Lepra or something.

But my experience shows that using just about any kind of paste is doing nothing but energetic disturbance in the body.

Dont believe it? Look for an A.R.T. practitioner near you, have the assessment down and see it yourself. Or read Weston A. Price 'Nutrition and Physical Degeneration' book. He will convince you, I,m sure.

It was quite stingy at first and my teeth felt a little strange afterwards, so I rinsed with water which made them a bit sensitive (though that could be because it was tap water and absolutely freezing)... is that normal?

They feel wonderfully clean now though - certainly a difference from my standard Boots-brand non-fluoride crap I've been using (the only thing I could find in town without fluoride until a blessed health food shop opened down the road a few weeks ago!). It's fluoride-free but it's still got all the other junk... I'm just using it up before I switch to something better.

It's their brand and my boyfriend thinks it smells like whiskey but it IS all natural and I've noticed my teeth aren't nearly as sensitive since I've stopped using all the chemicals. Every 6 months my dentist had to fill in my gum lines with something because of gum line erosion and he couldn't give me an answer as to why they were eroding except that I was brushing too hard. I guess he doesn't know about all the junk in the toothpaste he gives away for free and how that and other stuff you buy at Wal Mart contains toxic chemicals.

I have enamel erosion (molars up near gum line) that has been going on since my 20's (20+ years ago), and the dentist told me it was because I brush too often (usually 4-6 times per day) and that the only way to fix the problem would be to have the enamel erosion "fixed" (filled with epoxy or whetever they use) when the areas in question became sensitive and painful (beginning to). When I was 26, I had my bottom left incisor tooth "fixed" because of enamel erosion (thought I had a cavity as it was so painful upon drinking anything cold or sweet).

I usually use Pepsodent or Colgate. Last month I used Crest (on sale) and it REALLY bothered my teeth by making them VERY sensitive and burned while brushing. I only used Crest twice (used ot be my toothpaste of choice), and I went back to the Colgate. However, since reading this post and some of your replies, I used baking soda and peroxide last night and this morning.

My question: If I continue to use the baking soda will the enamel repair itself? (I do take calcium in a natural form). I also plan to go to the site listed by Ole Gerstrom and read what this has to say.

Thanks in advance!!!

Lori

I remember reading a while back about some primate (don't remember which) in the wild, and that in old age, their primary cause of death was associated with tooth decay. Why such a design flaw?

How do I fix my teeth?

Ever since I developed chemical sensitivities, it's all I can tolerate and it's cheap and easy to find. Bonus!
