It concerns me that religious groups are using this site to promote themselves, and their beliefs. Is this what Dr. Mercola set this site up for? I think not. I would hope that Dr. Mercola would ask that people keep their spiritual beliefs out of this blog, and perhaps this will improve the site.

You just made my point -- You CAN'T know how many others have voted, because the scores are a net value. A positive vote of 1 could mean that only 1 person voted; OR, it could mean that 100 people placed a positive vote and 99 placed a negative vote. No votes would indicate to me that no one was interested! That is what makes this system so deceiving and hence, pointless. I would like to see a separate total for each. I think most people here will be able to do the math!!! :)

Whenever there is any kind of vote, we always hear the cry that "every vote counts!" Hmmmm....I wonder what Ron Paul would think of having our political candidates' votes tallied in this manner.

By now, everybody that has spent even a little bit of time on this website has become at least slightly familiar with EFT, but there's also the lesser known "The Healing Codes", which are just as effective at removing the underlying stress promoting emotions, attitudes, views, perceptions, and beliefs. It's quite the powerful do-it-yourself healing modality as well. If you're already using EFT there won't be any need to switch, but it is a wonderful alternative.

My wife has "Aphasia" from a heart attack, which precipitated a stent, which caused 1 of 3 strokes, the first of which caused the aphasia. Am looking for a way to help her overcome or cure of the Aphasia. Naturally would also like some help for the Congestive Heart Failure she has been diagnosed with. Am treating her with Chelation Therapy and would use HBOT, but she refuses. We've been married for 62 years and I'd appreciate any help. I keep looking and praying. Thank You.

Rex Weigal was a Marine officer who had his leg blown off in Viet Nam. The phantom pain was so severe, that he was suicidal. The VA was no help. Out of desperation, he started care with a Chiropractor which eliminated the phantom pain. He was so inspired that he became a Chiropractor and practices in Hawaii.

Why don't any of these "super intelligient professionals" (ie MDs) ask questions or look outside of their own profession to investigate so much of the knowledge available?

Dr. Vilayanur Ramachandran's three dollar solution for phantom pain blew me away. How freaking profound it is, too! With a mirror, we can tell our brain we're okay after all, and the brain will listen and respond.

I can see this being used in physical therapy, too. If you can't lift the right leg, watch the left leg acting normally in a mirror. Voila! The brain gets the message that the right leg is okay!

Since I developed a way nine years ago to cure my own Stage 4 cancer for about $20 in today's dollars, Ramachandran's $3 discovery is right up my alley. Sometimes the seemingly complex can be resolved with simple solutions.

I know an internal medicine/nephrologist, too. I'm sure he has many patients who have had limbs removed. He will just love this news!

My mind is ablaze with excitement over this. What a wonderful Christmas gift!

Unbeknownst to me I have been practicing the mind body connection for over 60 years. This started when I was using self-hypnosis to cure a pilonidal cyst. I have also used it to prevent any "cold" or "flu" symtoms to develop. Whenever I start to get the symptoms of a "cold" I sit down and ask myself why am I getting ill and as soon as I identify what is happening in my life that is causing this, the symtoms disappear.

nymaven if you're not getting any relief from EFT, you're doing it wrong. I have NEVER used it where it didn't help or completely relieve the problem - regardless of what it was.
