It doesn't matter who is right. What matters is that we, as humans, are poisoning our world and wasting it's resources. If it takes Gore's retoric to make people pay attention, more power to him. More people have been paying attention since he came out with his video,so it must be working. Who passes a message is unimportant. The fact that it has been passed is priceless. The less we pollute the better off we all are. the more we learn about conserving what resources we have left, the cleaner the world we leave to our grandchildren. Don't shoot the messanger, pay attention to the message.

Where os the cure for type 1 diabetes? Not an important enough disease??? Is that because the president doesn't have it??

It seems polio was only extracted from society because the president had it. Is that what it takes to cure a disease these days. It's all about how much money the medical field can make off a disease isn't it...

Why on earth would the medical field have any interest in curing such a moneymaker as type 1 diabetes?/

Medical field SUCKS!

I think that all of the top 10 are wonderful in the context of what they are representing.

I must just say this, it is not that the animals are all of a sudden becoming smarter, it is that we have finally been lead to understanding them better...I give-honors to the animals for continuing to try to communicate with us to this point.

Karei, If you consider that coal burning is the number one worldwide source of released mercury, released radioactivity (many coal beds are rich in thorium) AND CO2 (per unit of useful energy produced) then you may consider that your interests may be far more aligned with Al Gore's than you wish to admit. Reducing CO2 IS tantamount to reducing energy inefficiency overall as well as many forms of collateral environmental damage as my point illustrates. Careful not to tear up the message simply because you don't like the house wherein the messenger lives.

And and far as I know, Al Gore didnt mention one thing about chemtrails which makes me quite suspicious; he is still a politician and that always makes me suspicious!

The chimpanzees may have copied humans. In the literature, and nature documentaries that I have seen, the males did the hunting, with the successful male distributing the meat to the others, which begged by approaching with a hand out. If it is true about female chimpanzees making spears to hunt for themselves, I'd be surprised, and would like to see the raw footage, and details about human/chimpanzee interaction in the area.

The "transparent aluminum" sounds like 'Aurora' (scram jet spy plane with very HIGH Mach speed capabilities, discussed in several aeronautical geek magazine, despite being so-called 'classified') fuselage material?
