This interesting CNN article details many of these benefits (including some that may surprise you). I weigh 100 pounds. I am so tired of the pain! Why is this happening? Corn, soy, pineapple, quinoa, etc....all will leave me with severe muscle spasms the next day. Corn also will make my head feel like electricity is going through it for 3 days. My food intolerances seem to be getting worse every year. A naturopath placed me on a detox shake, and adrenal support coupled with an elimination diet. Within 3 days I had no idea someone could feel so good. As soon as I was placed on migraine preventative meds the pain came back. I couldn't keep up with the shake, protein enzymes, and fish oil due to finances. Depression and anxiety is through the roof! I went to another naturopath for a short while and reacted to all the Standard Process stuff he placed me on. I just got told my body isn't digesting fat. I am now on pancreatic enzymes. UGH!! Endoscopy showed no Celiac. Anyway, any thoughts would be appreciated. I am so tired!
