Unfortunately Mr. Skinner passed away recently and now his web site is no more. There are a few of his books still available at amazon - for about $200!! - but still well worth it.</p> <p>I am the proud owner of a full set of his newsletters from t he early 90s with material that might be not that current any more because the government has probably strategies to counter the arguments presented there, but they give a great insight into the inner workings of the three independent (LOL) branches of the government.</p> <p>I will probably have these newsletters available on a web site I am working on - hopefully I will not get a cease and desist notice. This site will be a place where we all can work on a spiritual solution to this IRS problem.
