Joe's message should help generate belief in a better mental state that could change our perceptions and lead us to a more wholesome life. I am trying to find this motivation but it is hard. I think a big help for myself and perhaps to all of those of us who are aware that 'life could be better, couldn't it?' need to believe in a general term that was posted in the hit self development movie 'The Secret' as the Secret to the Secret and that is to 'Feel Good'. When we 'Feel Good' many new possibilities for life improvement can open up for us. The plan to achieve this objective can be taylor made by us, with Joe's help of course. It's as much in the doing as in the thinking it seems. So lets do. Kind regards....Paulo

Many years ago when I was doing some running I remember reading a book by Dr.Kenneth Cooper [I think],in which he stated that it took twenty minutes of aerobic exercise before the training effect kicked in. Aerobic exercise meant keeping the heart/pulse rate at least 25% above normal to bring about beneficial change to heart and lungs. I do not believe that walking can bring about these benefits. I am now 67 years of age and I havent run for years,I have made many comeback attempts. It is in my head but I cannot get it down to my feet . I think I will write out a prescription. Yours Sincerely, ......Chapelane.
