We went with the Roger Macdougall story right on the web . &amp;nbsp;We experiment a lot only with what foods make us feel worse and which ones make us feel better. Sugar doesn&amp;#39;t bother me but wheat ,milk seems to be the culprit for me, its all in what your allergic to. Experiment for yourself and feel better.&lt;/p&gt;
