&lt;p&gt;Daily exercise, play time, and surround our selves with positive friends and family. &amp;nbsp;People with a negative spirit can and often do drag us down. &amp;nbsp;Exercise is a good diversion from day to day toil, and a good spiritual posture again helps to divert our stresses. &amp;nbsp;Stress eating leads to obesity, ans as this article has laid out being overweight, or obese destroy our health. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
