&lt;p&gt;Of late I have found that the lowly beet has many, many health maintaining properties as well. &amp;nbsp;So to sum it all up it is nature, not some BIG PHARMA chemical compound that makes, and keeps us healthy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So when ever possible eat organic, and let us push for legislation that labels GMO foods.&lt;/p&gt;
