Honestly, I try to help some people with what info i find here about health, but constantly I am sick and tired of them saying its all quakery amd how much they beleive what thier doctors tell them without reading up on the side effects and all that. sometimes i just wont bother to help people anymore if all I get is flack from it.&lt;/p&gt;
