Finally I took my health into my own hands and discovered on my own how to heal my body.

Although it sounds difficult to make dietary changes, it's quite simple once you see the results.

For me now, foods that I call "inflammatory foods" are always optional, I simply make a conscious decision, do I need this food enough to suffer the consequences? Usually the answer is no but on occassion I slip and it's a reminder to me why I've chosen to eat better quality food.

EFT and meditation, along with a quality supplement are all part of my healing process, with each step having helped make me able to be the active person I was prior to suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I write and share my experiences with others through a website at www.livingwithrheumatoidarthritis.com/health.html

That seems to be the core
