It means or should mean &amp;quot;everything you do, do it in moderation&amp;quot;. A better way to say this is &amp;quot;live a balanced healthy life&amp;quot;. Eat healthy and out of the healthy food you eat, eat that in moderation. I.e. do not live an extreme lifestyle. E.g. don't cut out one or more food group and load up more on the other ones.&lt;/p&gt;
