I was taking the pills for about 3-6 months when the doctor's nurse told me I had cervical erosion. She said they did a procedure that required that it be frozen off. She scheduled me an appt three weeks later to have the doctor check and do the procedure. Two days later I threw my birth control pills away because I was not dating anyone and had no sexual desire, what so ever. Two weeks later my libido came back! I was elated! I went back to see the doctor and the nurse said the cervical erosion was almost gone! She immediately asked if I was still taking the birth control pills. I told her no, that I threw them in the trash, where they belonged! I asked if she thought the birth control pills were the cause of my condition and she said, &quot;Oh, no.&quot; But I knew better.</p>
