Then Exercise 60-90 Minutes Everyday</title><link>http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2005/02/05/weight-loss-exercise.aspx#34262</link><pubDate>Thu, 27 Mar 2008 19:04:08 GMT</pubDate><guid isPermaLink="false">24451277-a5aa-4add-96dc-64081bfd86fa:34262</guid><dc:creator>cbfindlay</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;90 minutes is an eternity when exercising, but I did find a way for me to do it less painfully. &amp;nbsp;I knew that an elliptical was for me after trying one at a gym, it took a couple months to find a good quality used one at a good price, half of new. &amp;nbsp;Next was discovered by accident. &amp;nbsp;I was going to put it in my room, but first I had to organize it to accommodate it and position it to where I could watch tv if I liked. &amp;nbsp;But the kids started using it in the living room and not wanting to take any form of exercising entertainment from them, I decided to start exercising while watching my new Star Trek DVDs. &amp;nbsp;DVD's of television shows and series have no commercials, therefore your attention is affixed to your favorite show for a straight 40 minutes (for every hour show), so I would watch 2 episodes for a total of 90 mins. This is the easiest 90 minutes of exercise I have ever done! &amp;nbsp;For me, I had to find the best/easiest way for me to exercise, a way that I wasn't watching the clock and wishing I was done. &amp;nbsp;You can rent DVD's of every topic imaginable from a library, and I refuse to watch my special DVD's unless I'm exercising. &amp;nbsp;Figuring out how to make exercising easier, okay, tolerable, is half the battle. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
