Sounds like you have a serious health and/or sleep disorder problem. What should be done depends on a lot of factors which I believe in your case should be undertaken by a practioner who does a complete exam and history. Beware the standard medical route since they will load you up with meds or technology which will just cover up the problem.

You cannot beat Dr. Mercola's program and it will save you $ in the long run. I have found going to the expert who can go right to the source of the problem will save you money, time, and suffering.

3 Cases of Gynecomastia Reported in Boys Using Products With Lavender or Tea Tree Oils

By Miranda Hitti

WebMD Medical NewsReviewed by Louise Chang, MDJan. 31, 2007 -- Repeated use of products containing lavender oil or tea tree oil may spur breast growth in prepubertal boys, experts report in The New England Journal of Medicine.

The effects fade when boys stop using the products, note the researchers.

"This report raises an issue of concern, since lavender and tea tree oil are sold over the counter in their 'pure' form and are present in an increasing number of commercial products, including shampoos, hair gels, soaps, and body lotions," write researchers Derek Henley, PhD, and others......

I can't sleep without the TV on. I mute it but I need the flickering of the screen to stay asleep. I sleep through the night unless one of my animals wake me up to go out. Once in a while I try to sleep without it but I always end up turning it on in the middle of the night.

Got rid of the light: I have two sets of curtains--one that fits inside the sliding glass door and one that hangs outside. I even close my door because there's a skylight in the bathroom and light filters in through the door. My bedroom is pitch black at night but in the morning, there's enough light at the top of the curtains to wake me. I don't use an alarm clock, but if i did it would be draped at night. I even used to sleep with a sleep mask.

Drink more water: if I drink at least 2 quarts of water throughout the day, I don't get up in the middle of the night (unless I drink that water couple hours before bed). Reading is better than computer or TV last couple hours.

Keep a small tablet and pen by the bed: if i wake up with that important thing to remember, I write it down--without the light. Turning on lights after I'm asleep puts a wrinkle in going back to sleep.

Use the supplements: Sometimes my mind simply won't let go. Then I take GABA, a non-essential amino acid found mainly in the brain. It stops the mind chatter. I also take melatonin to keep me asleep. (That it's an anti-aging thing is fun for me, too.) Because I live in a dry climate, I use a humidifier, and 4-6 drops of Lavender goes in the reservoir--not only to kill bacteria, etc., but also as a sleep reminder.

Like the other gal, I like to snuggle. Both my cats sleep on the bed--as long as they're not licking. They've been trained that the bedroom is for sleeping.

Breathing helps: yoga offers a variety of calming breaths ("Complete breath," Ujjayi, etc.) but simply taking deep breaths can do it, too.

     Nighty-night

Even turning it around doesn't help; still lights up the room. So, I cover it with a towel......
