It's a slow release formula, which is awesome because I can take a lot (500mg) twice a day and not get diarrhea!

I kind of stumbled onto my magnesium deficiency self-diagnosis like JJ72 did...found Dr. Dean's article online (somewhere else, but glad to find it here too!) and checked off the list of symptoms she said are related to low magnesium. Her work is very compelling, and I like her take on things, so I looked for what she recommended. Can't remember where I saw it, but found out that she liked this brand called Jigsaw Magnesium w/SRT. I'm so glad she did too, because it's become a "miracle" for me. Cramps are gone, I sleep so much better, and have so much more energy now...and my periods have gotten a lot more bearable too. My boyfriend sure appreciates that, let me tell you! :)

I've been taking it for months (and will probably stay on it for life!), but it started working almost overnight. It's a little on the pricier end, so I get it in bulk because you save a lot that way...and I get free shipping! They also have a coupon code to share with friends...it's FRIEND806, and it's good for $5 off. If you're magnesium deficient, you should really check it out. Their website is www.jigsawhealth.com. Wow, I guess I sound kinda like an infomercial! Sorry, it's just that it's done so much for me...and I'm a gusher by nature anyway. You do the math. :) God bless!!

Despite the indication that

magnesium is normal she has decided to take additional magnesium to see if it makes a difference. I understand that a different type of magnesium test is being rolled out in the US. Would appreciate getting actual details.
