The caffeine, B vitamins, and herbs wake me right up and give me what I need to workout. Perhaps I will be able to cut back if I ever get my ferritin level up to a decent range. &amp;nbsp;I was nearly anemic the last time I was tested and since adding iron to my diet and actually have a good day once in the while.&lt;/p&gt;
