Given the info here there doesn't seem to be any indication of what our best choice of pipes to be using. It is a civic water supply and don't believe there to be an acidity issue so thinking copper should be our safest choice. I found very little for enviro info on pipes leaching and safety when I googled it. Just wondering if anyone has any information.

Could you offer your comments on certain water-alkalinizer products, such as the alkalinizer drops to add to water, or the countertop alkalinizer appliances (as offered on websites such as alkalinebooster.net, evenbetternow.com, or snyderhealth.com, etc). It would be great to hear your insights! Thanks!
