&lt;p&gt; A 25 OH Vitamin D test taken in July shows my level to be only 23 % through the normal range. It seems to me that I am not absorbing &amp;nbsp;nor making a lot of it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just starting to think about the validity of the argument &amp;nbsp;that L-form bacteria can block uptake.&lt;/p&gt;
