In fact, if you review old bodybuilding magazines from 1950 or earlier, you will find many of the top bodybuilders

re: Should Athletes Train Like Bodybuilders?

I would like to know what the Chek Institute thinks about natural bodybuilders who try to build their bodies naturally like before the 1950 era? Although nowadays natural bodybuilders are using machines. The only reasons machines were made like the universal weight machine was so that people who couldn't go to a gym or places across the country could do it at home on a budget to their income. It was made so people could shape their bodies at home. Also there are natural bodybuilding magazines to help and inspire men and women to build their bodies naturally! I'm thankful for Paul Cheks information as well as Dr. Mercola on his website for correctly informing us about natural health and nutrition that we are so misinformed today. I'm glad they are putting there infomation in books. Cause I love to read. And I prefer to walk around and sit at different places if need be when reading. Sitting and watching a dvd is not something I really like. I'm thankful you guys keep making books instead of dvd's for millions of us to read. I tune into this website just about everyday and the information just keeps getting interesting.
