Semolina is definitely wheat.. (heart of wheat).

Baking powder is a mix of baking soda and cream of tartar (a grape byproduct).

I would eat chinese of japanese food if I were you, with all the restrictions in your food choices.

Corn is not a very nutritious food.. I think you need to see a dietitian or nutritionist personally. However, cornflour or cornstarch, may be useful for you.

Thanks.

Im a runner... i kind of see bread as one of my major sources of fuel

How can NUTS AND OATS and BEANS be on a "bad" list?? These are foods that grow from the EARTH!

I can understand the connection with mold in blue cheeses..but I start to wane when I see articles taking perfectly healthy foods and putting them on a "***" list.

If we were meandering is the woods before civilization...wouldn't we eat these things?

What's next..Romaine and tomatoe salad and cantaloupe?

Mushrooms and Peanuts are on my primary food chart, but then I read an article like this that tells me I should avoid both. Why is that?

re: The Top-10 MYCO-Toxic Foods

You tell us how good fermented foods are and then you tell us to avoid yeast? How are they different? Fermentation seems to act the same on foods as yeast.. I can no longer eat wheat gluten because when I went off it, then back on it, my joints swelled up. Did not notice it causing this when I ate it every day. But did notice the same reaction with shell fish before. I am hoping to get back to shell fish after getting rid of other toxins and trying to follow my protein type diet. Arthritis and swelling = wheat gluten? Humm A link?

Avoiding gluten is hard. Avoiding corn would make that nearly impossible.. Corn and Barley are some of my allowed foods. I can get corn fresh out of the field, which I intend to do this year, Maybe a couple 5 gallon buckets. Of course it will have been sprayed for weeds finding it without that around here is nearly impossible. I can make flat bread out of corn and ground oats cooked in coconut oil It gives me a bread fix, but I like to add some barley flower or spelt too.

Is using baking powder ok? I can make a hard compact bread in my bread machine with baking powder instead of yeast?

I think you need an article on bread, yeast, baking powder, flours we can use, etc. Is that semonolia (spelling) flour ok? How does it bake? I can get it cheap in large bags at the Chinese market, but have not done enough research on it yet so I have not bought it yet.

I use Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, unfiltered with the mother.. I am getting mixed signals on this product. IT saved my Birds Life from chronic sinus infections, Then some people say stay away from vinegar, it will cause yeast infections, not cure them.. What is the scoop on Bragg ACV.. Good or Bad.

I never get back to these pages to see if anyone answered me, I wish I would get e-mail notices like in fourms so I could read the answers. Man do I sound bossy or what. ROFL...
