And, only for the reason to make us sleep longer. And, the raunchy formulas that were made up of canned milk and Karo syrup. It's a wonder any of us survived. It's a wonder all of us don't have diabetes with that terrible start. The doctors of that era with their worthless ideas should be taken out and shot. Oh, well I guess we don't have to do that. Most of them are all dead now. &amp;nbsp;Good!!!!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All of my children were breast fed some up to 2 or 3 years and the solids were started between 9 months to 13 months. And, it was usually yogurt, meat or some other protein to offset the reduction or intake of breast milk, which is a protein food.&lt;/p&gt;
