I have had few colds and no illness of any serious design. &amp;nbsp;My weight is normal for my heighth and my stress is easy to handle. &amp;nbsp;I couldn't agree more with Dr. Mercola's study, good and regular sleep is vital to good health and an active life. That and a healthy diet are the prime requisites for a quality of life.&lt;/p&gt;
