SO, did the MRI improved with this nitritional plan sparing the pharmacological one???

I'm asking because I'm an MS patient and on AVONEX for a month and I'm a medical student so I'd like to know the details please :-)

She is unable to use her limbs much at all and has very short memory hence disabled and helpless needing care 24/7. We believe the first stages appeared after she had a swelling in the brain which in turn resulted in a balance disorder much like Meniers desease but not as severe. Than relented after two attacks of about 3 weeks each but she was left with numbness in her face and leg which after ten years or so confirmed a diagnosis of MS, but not until then did the neurosurgeon commit to the diagnosis.

The initial illness was contracted 28 years ago after a severe mental trauma my wife had connected to finding a job. I believe it was this that initially caused all her problems.

Energy Psychology plus nutritional guidance par example Peter's excellent contribution to this article would most likely have saved my ex wife's health after exposure to this cruel and debilitating disease when she was only 30 years old. I can't think of any better recommendation than to heed the advice of Mercola.com who advise the same approach for daily life .....thank you so much for being there for all of us.

re: Amazing Recovery From Multiple Sclerosis

Because these nutrition stories show how people improve, I would suggest one step further and suggest that the positive results are not from the nutrition alone, but stopping or at least lowering sucrose consumption. Because refined sugar from cane or beets has had all the nutrients originally in the whole plants there is a parallel with white refined enriched flour. To digest and absorb the calories in sugar, nutrients have to balance in the process. Since refined sugar has none left, it leaches the minerals and vitamins necessary to process it from what are already present in the body, leading to deficit. So additional nutrition is important, stopping the drain on the body from sugar consumption allows nutrition to work even faster. My best wishes and congratulations to the people who have successfully moved towards a better stewardship of their lifestyles and nutrition. Not to mention finances compared to spending $1200 per month on a largely detrimental, unnecessary drug. Changes take time and old habits of self care or the lack of it die hard. Seldom do you hear anyone suggesting cutting out sweets except temporarily to lose a few pounds. Cutting sugar (including that added to your table salt, ketchup etc) ought to be tried first.

I have done this in 1986, after having been diagnosed with MS, and I've been free of symptoms ever since.

And it's not spontaneous remission. The symptoms come back when the daily seafood diet is neglected, and disappear again when resumed. It works like clockwork. These result can be obtained by anyone, anytime, anyplace.

MS is caused by a trace element deficiency, and possibly combined with an Omega-3 fatty acids deficiency. It's the same story exactly as the elimination of goitre and cretinism with the addition of iodine to table salt.

The complete natural range of 72 trace elements, plus possibly the Omega-3, in all seafood cures MS. In deadly contrast, our modern agriculture monitors and maintains only 8 trace elements in its soils, hence in all of its products, and hence again in our daily food. Today, the only readily available food which still contains the complete natural range of the 72 trace elements is seafood.

This 150 year long neglect of the 72 natural trace elements by modern (N-P-K) agriculture has resulted in a severe deficiency of 64 trace elements in our daily food, which is the cause of a wide range of diseases (64 trace elements are involved), including MS.

I had been invited by the University of Geneva to present this discovery at the 8th Internation Conference in Systems Science in Health, at the University of Geneva, in 2004.

I have posted the whole story in my web site www.truehealth.org.

Most sincerely, Peter H. Weis
