It is rich in lauric acid, which is known for being antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal, and contains no trans fat (even olive oil has some trans fat).
The coconut juice can be in our vegetable and fruit juice mix; the flesh is added to our ice-cream dessert or eaten raw with filtered water ice-cubes. We use the coconut milk for our curry dishes (lesser chilli powder will make it less spicier). Add lemon grace juice for an authentic Thai curry flavour!

Sometimes we replace chicken with slices of young coconut flesh. We enjoy it so much we don't really miss meat (only i and my brother are vegetarians in the family - the rest are on reduced meats).

Flaxseed oil is a good alternative because it is the only major grain rich in Omega-3 oils. However, it is not suitable for cooking. I'd love to know if Dr. Mercola or anyone has advise for 'Bklynrk'.

I also have clients with other blood types that are not supposed to use coconut/oil. For example, there is a lady with A Pos Secretor blood who has an extreme case of candidiasis who I believe could benefit from the virgin coconut/oil. Please advise.
