In my personal opinion, there is a HUGE amount of information on the Mercola website, all of it explained in terms that are easy for the layman to understand. When articles like this one are brief, they still contain very important information that we can use to take back control of our own health, and not leave it in the hands of medical practitioners who have beenthoroughly trained in the idea that drugs will cure everything. The reality is that drugs can cause far more harm than they "cure", and this whole website is the most valuable, the most helpful, and the most empowering website in the world. And in all the years I've been using it as a resource, they have never used any information about me in any undesirable way. They have more ethics in their little finger than all the staff of all the drug industry (and their lackeys) put together! - Brother Ramon
