Or seen his long talk at UC Berkeley in late 2007? He is a very thorough researcher of the literature and the results are fascinating. Most doctors are completely wrong in their dietary advice. Apparently, we need to ask for the actual studies instead of just believing the doctor. Shouldn't I do that with Dr. Mercola as well?
