GP's usually do the one reading and experiencing what I did , 2-3 readings ought to be the norm. I tend to be on the lower side i.e. 110/70 but it differs from one day to the next as long as the average works out to be the same. I supplement daily and have done most of my life and at the age of 69 I have been in good shape most of the time. My GP has seen me only 3 times in 35yrs! Two years ago I came off dairy products altogether realizing that the risk of breast cancer was significantly higher than without the dairy. Let's face it, calcium in milk is so low, soya milk has a far higher calcium content and if you do take calcium supplements do not forget your magnesium at the same time and at a ratio of 2:1 since it will interrupt the transport of calcium to the brain cells. guess I am teaching 'gma how to suck eggs' here, lol.
