Recently in Quebec, 14 women contacted listeriosis due to consuming raw cheese. If I'm not mistaken, 4 miscarried and and 6 went into early labour and gave birth to babies who had listeriosis. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would definitely not encourage pregnant women to consume raw dairy products but perhaps organic milk or orange juice with added calcium be a better alternative?&lt;/p&gt;
