She hadn't had a flu injection for five years. Within 2 weeks of the injection her health declined rapidly. Her death certificate read, cause of death, sepsis and pneumonia. &amp;nbsp;Before Mum passed I had never heard of sepsis and sepsis was never mentioned while she was in hospital. No one will ever shake my belief that she died due to the pneumonia injection. I have never seen anyone go down so fast.&lt;/p&gt;
