Today I feel totally bloated and exhausted. I had some acid reflux in the middle of the night as well. I would rather drink the hormone stuff. It's cheaper too. I would love to try raw milk but I live in Canada. The government restricts the sale and give-away of any raw milk for human consumption. ($250,000 fine and/or jail time). So if I was an animal I could leaglly eat (drink) healthier!&lt;/p&gt;
